9. Refund & Guarantee Policy

Introductory Courses

Certain introductory courses come with a 30-day conditional money-back guarantee. You must complete all videos and assessments to qualify.

Advanced Programs

Advanced programs are non-refundable due to immediate access to proprietary tools, resources, and live support.

Extended Program Access Guarantee (after June 5, 2024)

We guarantee extended access for qualifying advanced programs if milestone criteria are not achieved, as described on the product page.

10. Governing Law

This User Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from your use of this website or purchase of services shall be brought exclusively before the courts of England and Wales.

You waive any objections relating to jurisdiction, venue, or inconvenience.

11. Guarantee
